This was my first experience with Mike’s Oil Change. Since 2013, I’ve been going to Walmart Tire & Lube and I can tell that I was instantaneously receiving an upgrade as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I was greeted, prioritized and all of my questions were answered. The service was also timely, which was most important to me because I’ve become accustomed to waiting 1-4 hours for an oil change. The service was thorough, yet swift and a technician went over the details of what was performed on my vehicle at checkout. I was also given a really nice air freshener and the technician was patient with me when I kept having issues with the pin pad during check out. I’ll be back. Thank you so much.
