After inspections, they made a few recommendations of things that, by recommend are clearly communicated to you and they never pressure you to spend additional money. This was my first experience with Mike’s Oil Change. Since 2013, I’ve been going to Walmart Tire & Lube and I can tell that I was instantaneously receiving an upgrade as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I was greeted, prioritized and all of my questions were answered. The service was also timely, which was most important to me because I’ve become accustomed to waiting 1-4 hours for an oil change. The service was thorough, yet swift and a technician went over the details of what was performed on my vehicle at checkout. I was also given a really nice air freshener and the technician was patient with me when I kept having issues with the pin pad during check out. I’ll be back. Thank you so much.

Fast service, tons of employees giving attention to my vehicle. I came into the office area and they told us what they were doing every step of the way. Big windows so you could watch the workers work. Oil change and a headlight fixed that took about 15 minutes. Very professional, reasonable price. Very impressed.
